Can students from different institutions form a team?
Yes. Cross-institution teams are welcome. Each team must consist of 4–5 undergraduate students from institutions in Hong Kong.
What support will we receive?
Each team will be assigned a coach to provide guidance and feedback. Participants will also have opportunities to attend project management and presentation workshops, industry-sharing sessions and networking activities.
What do we need to submit?
Round 1 requires an English proposal of up to 15 pages, excluding the cover page, table of contents, references and appendices, together with presentation slides. Finalists submit updated slides for Round 2 and deliver a 15-minute presentation followed by a 5-minute Q&A.
How do I receive the 20% discount?
For team applications, at least two members must share the event poster on Instagram or LinkedIn and tag the relevant official Student Club account.
