We are grateful to have the opportunity to visit the Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) Innovation Lab and gain firsthand insight into the future of aviation. More than a world-class aviation hub, HKIA is building a future-ready airport city by leveraging advanced technologies to enhance efficiency, sustainability, and passenger experience. We noticed how innovations such as biometrics and robotics are being applied to transform airport operations and keep HKIA at the forefront of the industry.
